I was diagnosed with MG in early 2023 after ptosis appeared in my left eye. Other than that, I haven’t had any symptoms and I’ve been on treatment since. It’s been a long stretch with no changes.
Has anyone else had MG stay quiet for a long time before anything else showed up? Just trying to understand if progression is always expected or not.

Not quite the same but I had relatively mild symptoms in 2022 (after I got covid) that I chalked up to other things for years (long covid, depression/mental health, migraines, accidental bear spray to the eyes affecting my vision, etc.) In early 2025 everything went downhill supe…
