Clinical Utility & Safety Notice
Imulogy utilizes validated Patient-Reported Outcome (PRO) measures, including the MG-ADL and MG-QOL, which are recognized clinical standards for assessing symptom severity and quality of life in Myasthenia Gravis.
While these assessments provide medical-grade tracking data intended to enhance your clinical consultations, Imulogy does not interpret this data to provide autonomous diagnoses or treatment changes. It is a tool to augment the relationship between you and your neurologist.
Emergency Notice: This tool is for chronic management. If you are experiencing shortness of breath, severe swallowing difficulty, or a Myasthenic crisis, do not log symptoms—seek immediate emergency medical intervention.
By accessing or using Imulogy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Purpose & Scope
Imulogy provides a specialized interface for tracking Myasthenia Gravis (MG) symptoms through standardized assessments. The platform is designed to help you visualize your health journey and facilitate better communication with your clinical care team.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the logs you enter. While Imulogyprovides analytical tools, the quality of the insights depends entirely on the data provided. You agree to use this service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Communications & Notifications
By creating an account, you agree that Imulogy may send you operational communications, including email updates, assessment reminders, and system notifications. You may opt out of non-essential notifications at any time through the user settings within the application.
4. Data Ownership & Internal Usage
As detailed in our Privacy Policy, you retain ownership of your personal health logs. By using the service, you grant Imulogy the right to use anonymized and aggregated data within the app for research, medical analytics, and to support the ongoing development of the platform's features.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access Imulogy. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect a security breach, you must notify us immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imulogy and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to health-related decisions made based on app data or loss of data.
7. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify these terms or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use of the application after terms have been updated constitutes your acceptance of the new agreement.
8. If We Discontinue the Service
We are committed to your data. If Imulogy were to discontinue, we would give you advance notice and provide a clear way to export or delete your data. There is no lock-in—your health history remains yours, and you can take it with you or remove it at any time.
