Imulogy was built by Irakli Kverenchkhiladze, who lives with myasthenia gravis.

Not by a health tech company looking for a market. Not by researchers studying the disease from the outside. By a patient who understood firsthand how hard it is to track a condition that changes daily, communicate its complexity to a neurologist in a 15-minute appointment, and feel less alone in something most people have never heard of.

Most health apps are built for healthy people trying to stay healthy. Imulogy is built for people managing a chronic neuromuscular disease — one that affects how you talk, chew, breathe, and move through the world. Every feature exists because someone with MG needed it.

The MG-ADL and MG-QOL assessments are the same tools neurologists use in clinical trials. The history chart was designed so you can finally answer "how have you been since your last visit" with data instead of guesswork. The AI assistant knows your logs. The PDF report was built so your doctor can understand three months of your life in two minutes.

Imulogy is free to use. It works in 12 languages. It runs on any device. And it was made with the belief that people living with MG deserve tools as serious as their condition.
